概要:

The Client Service Representative interfaces with Clients pre and post-sale. In addition, this person develops and maintains positive relations and coordinates with H&V team members to ensure Client requests are handled correctly and in a timely manner.

The Client Service Representative has the ability to substantially affect the relationship between our Clients by providing World Class Service through advocacy, relationship building, problem resolution, and finding growth opportunities.  This person will also serve as the resolution specialist and address complex Client issues while maintaining data files for various Finished Goods programs.  As such, this individual must maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

  • Interface with: Clients, Sales teams, Shippers, Forwarders, and other necessary contacts to assist with order resolution and to obtain information required to resolve issues.
  • Communicate customer feedback to appropriate production personnel, manufacturing, and sales.
  • Establishes productive, successful professional relationships with staff and assigned client accounts through consistent, credible, and pro-active engagement
  • Receive and process orders, edit, and enter data including proper documentation, appropriate conversion, product specifications, payment terms, delivery terms, etc.
  • Obtain scheduled manufacturing and shipping dates; track orders to completion to ensure on-time delivery and communicate changes when necessary.
  • Quality check orders to ensure information is accurate. Provide customer order acknowledgements and communicate any discrepancies to eliminate delays.
  • Provide follow up documentation required by Clients.
  • Maintain order files and consignment orders for billing purposes.
  • Review/reconcile any electronic order exceptions.
  • Communicate/coordinate all shipping requirements, freight terms, and payment arrangements to necessary departments and distribution locations.
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and shipping department.
  • Ensure all customer instructions have been followed and required documentation has been issued to the appropriate parties, including banking as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Client oriented.  Must possess understanding that the primary function of client service is satisfaction and must be motivated to go beyond normal job responsibilities to achieve.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well as Clients.
  • Strong commitment to take responsibility for actions and outcomes and overcome obstacles.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

概要:

This position is responsible for ensuring the cost effective and efficient procurement of raw materials to our manufacturing facilities, along with leading the businesses in identifying, managing, and prioritizing cost out in direct material programs utilizing Strategic Sourcing, Supply Base Management and Total Cost Analysis strategies in attaining their Operating Plans.

The Facility & Plant Engineering Manager will be responsible for providing overall direction, leadership, and support for our facility and engineering programs to achieve the plant’s long range and annual operating plans.  This position will have responsibility for the engineering and design of capital projects for the plant, the wastewater treatment plant & landfill operations, and the overall site infrastructure and grounds.

The Business Systems Analyst – Finance partners with Finance and Procurement leaders and their team to analyze and improve work processes by leveraging information technological systems and services. The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to two manufacturing locations located in the greater Greenwich, NY area of Washington County. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement while maintaining the balance between the needs of the employee and the needs of the company.

  • Provide leadership over existing programs, policies and processes for local human resources activities; including employment, training, employee benefits, salary administration, leave administration, workers’ compensation, employee relations, performance management and employee records.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support in decisions regarding personnel changes, including hiring, promotion, suspension, and discharge. 
  • Balance company and personal objectives between 1 union site and 1 non-union manufacturing site.  Drive HR business process systems integration between sites where applicable.
  • Assure company compliance with state/ federal wage-hour, EEOC, ADA and other regulations. Provide management and employee training on various HR topics and respond to questions regarding regulations, consulting corporate and retained legal counsel when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor agreements and work with union representatives and supervisors to resolve questions about contract interpretation for the Easton location. Assume a leadership role in local labor negotiations in conjunction with corporate representation.
  • Provide resources and training to the leadership team in interpreting company policies as they affect employees. Investigate policy violations in an expedient, reasonable, and confidential manner.
  • Accurate and timely maintenance of employee records in H&V’s global Workday System, Kronos System and other systems as required.
  • Manage development of the HR Generalist role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 5-8 years human resources experience with specific human resources training. Manufacturing environment and union experience (specifically collective bargaining unit experience) preferred.
  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the sites.
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully “connect” with employees to facilitate a high level of employee engagement.
  • Proven experience in implementation of HR programs.
  • Excellent skills related to written/verbal communication, team leadership, coaching, entrepreneurship, results orientation, strategic thinking, and influencing / persuasiveness.
  • Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment. The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
  • Ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels and functions within company, elected officials, non-governmental organizations, and community leaders / representatives.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to deal with crisis and emergency situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Power Point, Excel and Word)

 

The position is based in Greenwich, NY but will support our other location in Easton, NY, as well. Hollingsworth & Vose will deliver a competitive compensation package.
