概要:

The HRIS Business Analyst (HRIS BSA) position partners with HR leaders and their customers to analyze and improve work processes by leveraging information technological systems and services.The HRIS BSA serves as the lead technical point-of-contact for all HR and Payroll functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.The HRIS BSA also leads HR and payroll system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

  • Provide technical and functional support for vendor selection process.

  • Production Support for HR IT systems, including researching and resolving problems; supporting scheduled activities; and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
  • Develop specifications, assist in development, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Assist HR team with the development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR IT systems.
  • Develop and provide training on new HR IT systems, processes and functionality.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS.Participate in local user group meetings/conferences.
  • Ensure all HR IT systems meet the data privacy requirements of H&V locations.
  • Provide training to IT and HR professionals and company managers on the proper use and protection of personal data.
  • Perform all work in a safe manner.
  • And other related duties as assigned or required.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least five years of proven results oriented work experience in IT or HR functions.
  • At least three years experience in a leading or key contributor role in selection, implementation, and support of cloud based HRIS.
  • One to two years of successful experience leading IT projects.
  • Certification in project management preferred. 
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Proven decision making skills and the ability to defend those decisions.

職務内容: 

This position is responsible for ensuring the cost effective and efficient procurement of raw materials and energy to our manufacturing facilities, along with leading the businesses in identifying, managing, and prioritizing cost out in direct material programs in attaining their Operating Plans, utilizing Strategic Sourcing, Supply Base Management and Total Cost Analysis strategies.

  • Excellent background in supplier management, commodity strategy development/execution, contraction negotiations and manufacturing operations.

The electrical and controls engineer will be responsible for the electrical power and control systems including design engineering, maintenance engineering, and operations.This person will budget, procure, install, and oversee the start­up of electrical and controls projects in the plant, and will provide training to operators and maintenance personnel.Establish and execute the instrumentation and control strategy related to the manufacturing and environmental control processes.
